____ My cbd yoga + healing retreat will be therapeutic in many ways. Through movement, breath work, art, music, meditation, manifesting. We will for sure get the whole Costa Rica vacation vibe but we will also be working on our souls, our bodies, and go back to our non vacation lives a BETTER version.

I have been teaching since 2014 and was taught mostly everything I know from my mentors in Los Angeles. I have been living in Miami teaching at a few spas. I love being able to spread the eye opening healing effects CBD has for the body and mind. I want nothing more than for you to have an awakened, comfortable and amazing vacation for the soul on a path of yoga and healing. The styles I will be teaching are vinyasa, power yoga inspired by baron baptiste, yin and hatha sequences, along with meditations and sound healings. I am throwing in many different elements of therapy so the retreat becomes a transformational time. We will practice invigorating yet emotionally calming ; sweaty sessions in the morning. An afternoon meditation & stretch in between our daily activities, along with an evening yin/yang flow with meditation, to promote an easy nights rest.

. Cbd will be incorporated into pretty much anything and everything we do. From our morning teas and coffees, to meditations, our food and beverages, art therapies, and even sacred ceremonies. . .check out my stories to see photos of the luxe retreat home :) .

NATURE THERAPY

At any of my yoga retreats we will also have beautiful hikes and chances to dive into the nature around our retreat as part of our experience. Relaxing in nature, and out of our comfort zones can open up our senses, align our chakras, and give us a huge adrenaline rush. Sun has the effect to help with anxiety, depression, and gives the body and mind a huge spike in seretonin, as well as natural Vitamin D. The body thrives off of these elements, and allowing ourselves to enjoy time outdoors, walking, reading, writing, stretching or flowing, can make such an awesome transformation within ourselves. _______ I found that when I am in nature, my mind starts to clear itself out organically. There is so much to see , feel, breathe, touch and experience when you are not trapped in a concrete jungle. Be at one with your body, breath and mind all while getting your blood flowing and a good workout.
