The CBD Yoga Retreat Experience

My name is gab. I will be leading the cbd yoga retreat. I have been teaching since 2014 and was taught mostly everything I know from my mentors in Los Angeles. I have been living in Miami teaching at a few spas. I love being able to spread the eye opening healing effects cbd has for the body and mind. I want nothing more than for you to have an awakened, comfortable and amazing 6 days of yoga and healing. . . .The styles I will be teaching are vinyasa, power yoga inspired by baron baptiste, yin and hatha sequences, along with meditations and sound healings. I am throwing in many different elements of therapy so the retreat becomes a transformational time. We will practice invigorating yet emotionally calming sweaty sessions in the morning. An afternoon meditation&stretch in between our daily activities, along with an evening yin/yang flow with meditation, to promote an easy nights rest. .

Expect a full range of options when it comes to implementing CBD products into your yoga practice and healing journey. ____ From topical products to tinctures, to teas and beverages, the options are endless. This retreat is unique and for all levels, but an established yoga practice is recommended. We will dive into a few different styles of yoga, as well as a few methods of emotional healing.

On any of my retreats, comfort and inner peace is our top priority during your experience.

Mornings will be enjoyed with CBD coffees, teas and daily dose tinctures to get the day started in a focused way with an elevated mood. There will also be options to incorporate @freshcapmushrooms elixirs into your pre practice routine for natural burst of energy and creativity. Mushroom powders have amazing medicinal abilities to help the body thrive and heal.

Morning practices will have invigorating CBD meditations, warm sweaty vinyasa & power yoga sessions, and time to reflect, write, snack on healthy treats, and relax.

Evening practices will be slow, flowy and more Yin inspired. Long holds, deep hip opening sequences, heart and shoulder openers, and a chance to reset our energy, connect to gratitude and really end the day in a blissful way.

Included in the price of the retreat, comes with a personal CBD Wellness care package I will be putting together. With your own products for the week we are in the destination. Topicals, tinctures, oils. I am still testing out products which will then ultimately help me make my decision on what will be in the care bundles. They will be DOPE though, no doubt about that. . . .we will be using cbd through our mornings, afternoons and evenings. Cbd tinctures can be added to teas, coffees, elixrs. Obviously in th am we would be using 1/2 doses or 3/4 doses depending on the type of tincture so that it gives us an awakening and ready for the Day mood. . . . We will use oils and muscle lotions /gels on our bodies where we are sore or have injuries. Basically, cutting right to the source so our practice is more comfortable and bodies are more open. Edibles are a form of cbd therapy as well. . . . YES ✅ cbd helps with depression, anxiety and insomnia. NO, it doesn’t make you high. And no, taken the proper amounts for specific things you will not be drowsy and unable to do yoga. Cbd is for pain and a stress reliever. It’s the perfect combo to yoga. YES ✅, if we take a full dose at the end of our yoga day, and yoI want to go to sleep easily, then that’s what the cbd will help you do! Just like weed has sativa, indicas and hybrids. Cbd has doses, mg quality, and different blends . At the end of the day, each yogi on the retreat will learn what is good for their bodies and minds and it will be a beautiful journey of awareness on how cbd can help us all in different ways.
