An overview of the CBD Yoga Retreat Life


Before going on a retreat, its always nice to know an overview of what to expect and all the different things we will be doing during the vacation. Going on a retreat requires a little bravery as well, as you are diving in to an unknown territory, as you open your body and mind, and explore wellness and yoga in a new way. As you Dive into the unknown, you go Into a lifestyle where there are infinite amount of ways to grow and heal.

This retreat is unique and taking Cbd to the next level. In this retreat cbd is not limited to only being used for physical pain. We are going beyond. We will use cbd to guide us to a more awakened self and help us down a road to least resistance. Cbd therapy can allow us to connect to a deeper sense of self without any side effects of tch, since cbd does not leave us with a drowsy high feeling. It is a an all natural compound that can enhance our capability to relax, surrender, connect, and find gratitude.

Cbd yoga can help us reach new limits within our practice, all while feeling calm, not drowsy. Especially when we practice yin and meditative flows, cbd can enhance our journey inwards and truely let us be present, and content. Physical pain, emotional pain or stress/trauma is all connected. Yoga is about yolking the mind and body, cbd gives us a beautiful push in that direction, and aids with healing in so many ways.

We will enjoy invigorating cbd infused beverages from coffees, chai, teas, Golden milks, mock tails, kombuchas to cbd Cacao ceremonies to open the heart.

By incorporating cbd into our every day tasks, we make our entire day feel more like little rituals threading together, which makes our entire day sacred. Rituals help us detach away from negative patterns and ways of thinking or habits.

Many cbd products will be available to you during the entire retreat.

YOGA AND MEDITATIONS

•Am class - yoga & meditation- usually a more physical practice, to stimulate the body and mind, get a little sweaty and feel good!

•Midday optional ( depending if there is no excursion) slow yin vinyasa and/or mediation

•Evening class slow flow yin / 6-8 pm and meditation

•Sound healings and sound baths to deepen meditation practice

•CBD CACAO CEREMONY

•cbd white tea/golden milk ceremony

•Writing & journaling workshop

•Manifesting your desires workshop

•Options to hike to waterfalls, visit beaches and go to local towns fresh markets for shopping

. Included in the price of the retreat, comes with a personal cbd care package I will be putting together. With your own products for the week we are in the destination. Topicals, tinctures, & oils which have all been tested and reviewed by Gabrielle prior to the retreat.

.we will be using cbd through our mornings, afternoons and evenings. Cbd tinctures can be added to teas, coffees, elixrs. Obviously in th am we would be using 1/2 doses or 3/4 doses depending on the type of tincture so that it gives us an awakening and ready for the Day mood. .

. We will use oils and muscle lotions /gels on our bodies where we are sore or have injuries. Basically, cutting right to the source so our practice is more comfortable and bodies are more open. Edibles are a form of cbd therapy as well.

. YES ✅ cbd helps with depression, anxiety and insomnia. NO, it doesn’t make you high. And no, taken the proper amounts for specific things you will not be drowsy and unable to do yoga.

Cbd is for pain and a stress reliever. It’s the perfect combo to yoga.

YES ✅, if we take a full dose at the end of our yoga day, and yoI want to go to sleep easily, then that’s what the cbd will help you do! Just like weed has sativa, indicas and hybrids. Cbd has doses, mg quality, and different blends . At the end of the day, each yogi on the retreat will learn what is good for their bodies and minds and it will be a beautiful journey of awareness on how cbd can help us all in different ways.
